Principal Aims
The principal aims of Recovery Insulation are:
- Reclamation of textiles that would ordinarily go into landfill
or be exported, for use as a secondary raw material.
- Encourage wider commercial usage and integrate sustainable and safe
materials into the building process.
- Create employment for skilled and semi-skilled people made redundant
from steel & coal mining industries in South Yorkshire,
- Design a training programme for people with learning disabilities to
extend and enrich their work capability.
- Design, develop and deliver educational resources and workshops in
energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable development.
